Products & Pricing

Titronic Systems exhaust systems are built to order. Prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make every reasonable effort to display accurate pricing and product information, but errors can occur; if a pricing or listing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.

Orders & Payment

Payment is due in full at checkout unless you use an installment option we offer at checkout. Placing an order does not guarantee product availability — we will notify you promptly if we cannot fulfill your order.

Fitment & Intended Use

You are responsible for confirming your vehicle's chassis, engine, and modification history at checkout or via our free fitment check. Certain configurations (including catless or non-catalytic options, where offered) are intended for closed-course, off-road, or track use only. Federal, state, and local laws governing emissions and noise vary — you are solely responsible for confirming your Titronic system complies with the laws that apply to you and your vehicle.

Warranty

All Titronic systems are covered by our 2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty, subject to the terms on that page.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and product photography — is the property of Titronic Systems or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titronic Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, or performance of our products, including damages related to improper installation, unauthorized modification, or use in violation of applicable law. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Riverside County, California.
