Refund & Returns Policy

Every Titronic Systems exhaust is a built-to-order performance part. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

30-Day Return Window

Uninstalled, unmodified systems in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less a 15% restocking fee and outbound shipping. Because every system is built to order, we cannot accept returns on installed, scratched, or modified parts.

Order Cancellations

Cancel before production begins (typically within 48 hours of ordering) for a full refund. After production starts, cancellations are treated as returns.

Damaged on Arrival

Inspect your package on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, email us photos of the box and part within 48 hours and we will ship a replacement — you will not be left holding a damaged part.

Incorrect Fitment

We verify your exact chassis, engine and drivetrain before production. If a Titronic system does not fit the vehicle we verified it for, we will replace it or refund it in full — including shipping. Please respond to our fitment confirmation within 3 days of ordering, and tell us about aftermarket downpipes, tunes or lowered suspension so we route it correctly.

Wrong or Defective Item

If we ship the wrong configuration or a part has a manufacturing defect, we cover everything — return shipping, replacement, all of it. That's on us, never on you.

Warranty Considerations

Every Titronic exhaust carries our 2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty against defects in materials and welds (valve electronics: 1 year). Warranty claims are handled as repair or replacement of the affected section and are separate from the 30-day return window.

How to Start a Return or Claim

Email us your order number and photos via the Contact page. We'll issue an RMA and instructions within 1 business day. Refunds post 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
