Description
Built-to-Order — Preorder: titanium systems are fabricated per order. Estimated lead time 2–4 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch.
The Titronic Titanium Z-Pipe Valved Exhaust System is our flagship — the fullest expression of what a BMW M exhaust can be. A Grade 5 titanium equal-length Z-pipe feeds an electronically valved dual-exit rear section, giving you a full-voice motorsport system that whispers on cold start and roars on command.
BMW compatibility
BMW G80 M3, G82 M4, and G87 M2 — S58 3.0L twin-turbo inline-six.
Performance
Motorsport-inspired equal-length routing balances exhaust pulses across both banks while aerospace-grade titanium sheds roughly half the weight of a stainless system — meaningful mass removed from the rear of the car.
Sound
An exotic, high-pitched titanium ring at full throttle, with wireless valve control to move between a refined quiet mode and a fully open track voice — independent of BMW's factory drive modes.
Titanium construction
Grade 5 (6Al-4V) titanium, mandrel-bent and fully TIG-welded. Develops a signature blue heat tint with use — a hallmark of true titanium, not a defect. Choose gloss carbon fiber or stainless gloss-black tips.
Installation
Direct bolt-on, approximately 1–2 hours on a lift. Retains your primary catalytic converters for CEL-free operation on factory or tuned software.
What's included
Titanium equal-length Z-pipe, valved rear section, exhaust tips in your chosen finish, wireless remote, all hardware and gaskets, and fitment instructions.

FAQ
Will this throw a check engine light? No — our midpipes retain your primary catalytic converters and are engineered to avoid CELs.
Resonated or non-resonated? Non-resonated is louder with more rasp at low RPM; resonated keeps the same top-end tone with the rasp filtered out.
Is this a single midpipe? No — this is a true Equal Length Z-Pipe. Both banks travel identical distances before merging.
