Every Titronic Systems exhaust is backed by our 2-Year Craftsmanship Warranty — because we build to a standard, not a price point.
What's Covered
We warranty every Titronic system against defects in materials and welds for 2 years from the date of delivery to the original purchaser. Systems with electronic valve control carry 1-year coverage on the valve motors and electronics.
What's Not Covered
Damage from improper installation, accident, road debris, corrosion from de-icing salt or coastal environments, unauthorized modification, or normal cosmetic changes — including the blue heat tint that develops naturally on titanium systems — are not covered. That heat tint is a hallmark of genuine titanium, not a defect.
How to Make a Claim
Email us at support@titronicsystems.com with your order number, warranty card serial number if available, and photos of the issue. We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps. Valid claims are handled as repair or replacement of the affected section — see our Refund & Returns Policy for the full claims process.
Registering Your System
Every system ships with a numbered warranty card. Fill in your system, serial number, chassis, and install date and keep it with your records — it's the fastest way to verify coverage if you ever need to file a claim.
