Description

Now Available — First Production Run. Every unit is built to order; estimated lead time 2–4 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch.

The Titronic Z-Pipe Midpipe is engineered to free the voice of your S58-powered BMW M car. Where the factory system muffles and restricts, our true equal-length Z-pipe routes both cylinder banks through identical-length runners before they merge — balancing every exhaust pulse for the smooth, high-pitched, motorsport tone your M car was built to make.

BMW compatibility
BMW G80 / G81 M3, G82 M4, and G87 M2 — S58 3.0L twin-turbo inline-six.

Performance
Reduced backpressure and smoother scavenging free up the turbochargers to breathe, sharpening throttle response through the mid-range while retaining full drivability.

Sound — choose your character
F1 (Non-Resonated): louder, harder-edged, with an aggressive rasp at low RPM — built for the track and the send.
RND (Resonated): the identical exotic top-end tone with low-RPM rasp and cabin drone filtered out — our pick for a daily-driven M car. Select your profile at checkout.

Precision fabrication
T304 stainless steel, mandrel-bent for uninterrupted flow and fully TIG-welded by hand. Motorsport-grade construction, built to outlast the car.

Installation
Direct bolt-on to factory mounting points — no cutting, no tune required. Roughly 1–2 hours on a lift at any performance or exhaust shop. Retains your primary catalytic converters and factory valved rear muffler, so drive modes and CEL-free operation are preserved.

What's included
Equal-length Z-pipe midpipe, all mounting hardware and gaskets, and fitment instructions.

FAQ

Will this throw a check engine light? No — our midpipes retain your primary catalytic converters and are engineered to avoid CELs.

Resonated or non-resonated? Non-resonated is louder with more rasp at low RPM; resonated keeps the same top-end tone with the rasp filtered out.

Is this a single midpipe? No — this is a true Equal Length Z-Pipe. Both banks travel identical distances before merging.
